Return Eligibility
Items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories
- Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Damaged or defective items are eligible if you contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened personal care items, intimate apparel, and clearance or final-sale items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Any restriction is noted on the product page.
How to Start a Return

Refunds
